Steve Barlow has been involved in fitness for almost 20 years.
Participating in triathlons , 10km runs, half marathons and the crazily long full marathon. (The New York Marathon was an incredible experience –I still get goose bumps when I see Central Park on TV!)
Steve has extensive experience of conducting bootcamps, one-on-one training sessions and nutritional planning for the corporate market.
Prior to being a health coach, Steve worked in international corporate marketing for 15 years, employed by a number of multinational organisations in London, Brussels, Amsterdam and Taipei, Taiwan.

The short exercise sequences were achievable and easy to fit into my day. The recipes gave me some good ideas for healthy dinners. I found it to be a ‘no hunger’ diet.
You don't need to go anywhere to do these exercises. I was totally amazed at how much fitter I felt, I have lost a few kilos AND I can get into my jeans - I am totally amazed.
